RETURN/REFUND:
 

• All goods are manufactured and printed on order therefore no returns are allowed.

• ​We will send you proof of your artwork which you will have to review and sign off before production of your order commences. Please review the artwork proof carefully for design, spelling, and colours.

• ​Once artwork is approved, unless the product we deliver is different from the signed proof, Banner and Flag Online are not liable for any claims by the customer that the products are not acceptable.

• ​If however the print differs from the signed proof, we will gladly assist by doing a reprint of your order.

• Please check your order on delivery/collection. Please notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery/collection if your product is faulty, or it will be deemed to be in order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

• Receipt of deposit will be regarded as confirmation of order.

• ​A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on confirmed orders, if cancelled before printing has commenced. If printing has commenced, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• All digital printing may have a 5% variant in colour. Please supply us with Pantone Colours.

• Colour proofs or samples must be provided with CMYK Colour breakdown. By failing to do so, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect colour.
