ORDER PROCESSING:

Before shipping please allow a production time of 3-7 working days for products to be produced. As soon as production is complete a notification will be sent to commence shipping.

Please allow 2-4 days after production for your order to arrive.

A flate rate of R150 per order will be charged nationwide.
Larger items/ Bulk orders may be subjected to an additional delivery fee.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please make sure that all contact information pertaining to delivery is correct.

Tlamama Creative Agency will not be held liable for input errors. Kindly verify all information is correct before confirming delivery.

COURIER COMPANIES

For ease of delivery, we make use of a variety of courier service companies to get your order to you as soon as possible. Tlamama Creative Agency will not be responsible for any misconduct, delays, acts of nature, strike actions or faults carried by or affecting couriers. We will however follow due process to resolve any issues with the necessary courier company.
